You recently received a letter in the post inviting you and up to two other adults in your household aged 16 or over to participate in a survey for “HM Revenue & Customs” (HMRC). Please note that you do not need to be a taxpayer to take part in this research.
This survey is run on behalf of HMRC by Verian, an independent research agency.
This survey will ask about your dealings with HMRC and the findings will help them to improve the quality of service they provide, and to better understand their customers’ needs.
