• How you interact with HMRC
• Your experience interacting with HMRC
• Your personal views and opinions of HMRC
• Where you turn to for guidance and information about tax dealings or benefits

The demographics section will cover questions about you, such as your age, ethnicity, education, and employment history, as well as other related topics such as housing tenure and internet usage. These questions aim to ensure that everyone's views are captured.

Taking part is voluntary. You are not required to answer any questions you do not want to answer.
